Water Cooler Rental Agreements
All our rental contracts include:
 Delivery
Installation*
6 monthly filter changes
6 monthly sanitisation visits
Full breakdown cover for duration of contract
All parts (Including the 2 filters per year)
Our standard rental agreements are over 3 or 5 years. If you require something different please get in touch and we can supply a tailored quote to suit your needs.
Yearly Maintenance Agreements
Should you decide to purchase your water cooler or you have existing water machine you would like us to complete maintenance on you can take out a Yearly Maintenance Agreement. This includes:
2 filter changes
2 sanitisation visits
Breakdown cover for duration of agreement
All parts (Including 2 filters)
*Free installation is subject to site survey. Only in the rare occasions where extra materials and labour are needed for installation will there be an extra charge.
